Balloons meet LEGO at Brick 2014
I almost titled this post with "Everything is Awesome". Our Trip to Brick 2014 in London was certainly awesome. Tens of thousands of LEGO builders and fans filled ExCeL London each of four days. We loved being part of it. From the working machines made out of LEGO parts to custom minifigs, the place was full of things to see. And there we were, in the center of it all.
Two and a half years ago, while working a tent at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, we had a chance to work with two artists from Bright Bricks, a LEGO design company out of the UK. One of those artists, Warren Elsmore, in his role as one of the Brick 2014 organizers, invited Kelly and I to take part in the event. We couldn't say "no".
The festival in Cannes was also the first time that we had an opportunity to work with Michael Abrahamson. Michael is a fantastic artist that has become a regular on international Airigami builds. It was great to, once again, have Michael join us on this one.
